Payments
You can make your payments using the following methods: Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Paypal, or in 3 interest-free installments with Scalapay.

Shipping
Shipments are made through one of the following couriers: GLS, BRT, UPS. The choice of the most suitable courier is made based on the type of object to be shipped and the destination.
If the ordered product is immediately available, shipping will be made upon receipt of payment and delivery may vary from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 working days.
For orders made by bank transfer, the goods are shipped as soon as the bank transfer receipt is received, for this reason, choosing this payment method, delivery times may be longer.
Any delays in delivery may be caused by malfunctions in the shipping service, by force majeure or in the event of holidays. If after 10 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have not received the goods, please contact Armando Poggi customer service at the email address shop@apoggi.com.
Shipping costs vary based on the size and quantity of the product(s) and are the same throughout Italy.
For shipping jewelry items the expected costs are €5.90. Shipping is free for orders over €89. For shipping small home design items the expected costs are €5.90 (for a cart up to €89) while for “bulky products” a supplement of €15 applies. Additional shipping costs apply for orders of non-bulky home design items exceeding 5 pieces.
For shipments abroad, costs are calculated based on the destination country.
Once the shipment has been made, we will send you an email with the tracking number identifying your shipment. In this way you will be able to monitor the status of the shipment through the courier.

Items marked as “bulky products” require special handling for shipping due to their size, fragility and/or weight.
Shipping costs for bulky products are calculated according to the item's characteristics and are visible at checkout. Free shipping and gift wrapping are not available for this type of product. For shipping bulky products, a supplement of €15 is applied, for each item in the cart, to be added to the shipping cost.
Shipping to Italy is free for orders over €89. Shipping costs abroad are calculated based on the destination country.
The Free Shipping offer is not valid for "bulky products" and for orders of home design items exceeding 5 pieces.
Any shipping costs are calculated and visible at checkout.
Orders
In case of non-receipt or incomplete receipt, you must promptly send an email to Customer Service shop@apoggi.com reporting the problem encountered.
Upon delivery by the courier in charge, you must first check the condition of the package and, if there are dents or breaks in the packaging, you must accept the package "with reservation". If, once the package has been opened, the item (or items) is defective and/or damaged, you must contact Customer Service by email at shop@apoggi.com within 24 hours of the working day following delivery. In both cases, the original packaging must be kept.
Each order constitutes a contractual proposal from the customer to Armando Poggi Srl Once the order has been concluded, it is no longer possible to cancel and/or modify it through the customer area of the site. If the product (or products) purchased do not meet your expectations, you can avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal by filling out the return form on the site and we will refund you the amount spent on the purchase.
In case of a request to return the product, the shipping costs are at the Customer's expense, as is the choice of the courier to use.
As a consumer customer, you have 15 days from the date of delivery of your purchase to return it.
The product must be returned closed in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use and documentation. Returns without the original box or tag are not permitted.
