In order to provide its customers with higher standards of protection than those guaranteed by Legislative Decree 206/05 (articles 52 et seq.), the consumer Customer (hereinafter only "Customer") has a maximum period of thirty (15) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product to communicate any withdrawal, total or partial, from the contract with which he purchased the product.

The Customer will not have the right to withdraw in the cases provided for by art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments and, in particular, by way of example and not limitation, if he/she has purchased: (i) Products packaged in accordance with the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized; (ii) audio or video recordings, computer programs, removed from the packaging by the Customer; (iii) daily press, periodical publications and magazines; (iv) Products delivered in sealed packages, which for reasons of hygiene or health are not suitable to be returned if the packaging has been tampered with or opened after delivery; (v) Food products, which risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact us by email shop@apoggi.com , specifying, if desired, the reasons for the return and the quantity of items you intend to return.

Following the electronic completion of the Return Form according to the Instructions on the “Shipping and Returns” page, the Seller will provide the Customer with the details for the return shipment.

In the event that the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal/return, the Customer must undertake to return, as in fact he/she will return, the products within 15 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal, i.e. within 15 days from sending the return request by email, and must consequently entrust the products being returned to the courier. The shipping costs associated with the return of the products are borne by the Customer. If the return does not take place within this period, the withdrawal becomes ineffective.

The Customer must send the product or products to be returned, with a courier of his choice, to the operational offices of Armando Poggi Srl, Via Calzaiuoli 103r, Florence.

The Seller will undertake to refund the price of the returned product as quickly as possible, and in any case within 30 working days from the date of receipt of the return, provided that the products have been returned intact and unused, together with the original packaging/wrapping and the guarantee seal which must be intact.

The refund includes: the price of the product actually paid, the shipping costs of the first order (if the customer has paid the shipping).

The refund does not include: cash on delivery, gift wrapping costs and other extra costs added later by the customer.

The refund will be made by crediting the same method used to make the purchase. In the case of cash on delivery purchases, the refund will be made by bank transfer. If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal/return in a manner that does not comply with the methods and terms of the withdrawal/return procedure set out in these General Conditions, the Customer will not be entitled to any refund.

The Seller will verify whether the returned products are actually in their original condition; if the products returned by the Customer are damaged, without the warranty seal, incomplete, deteriorated and/or dirty, they will not be refunded. In particular, the product must be returned, correctly packaged in its original packaging, in perfect condition for resale (not ruined, damaged or soiled) and equipped with all its accessories, instructions for use and documentation, equipped with the invoice in order to allow the Seller to identify the Customer (Order number, name, surname and address) without any obvious signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a test of the same, i.e. that it does not show traces of prolonged use (more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and that it is not in a condition that does not allow its resale.

Any damaged items must be reported to the Seller no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods. Breakages must be documented with photographs. Since the claim is subject to inspection, the internal and external packaging must be retained for inspection by the carrier.

The Seller retains the right to request compensation for any damage in the event of non-correspondence with the products previously delivered to the Customer. If the return of the products for withdrawal or return is entrusted to a carrier other than the one indicated by the Seller, the latter will not be responsible for the loss of products, shipments to incorrect addresses or delays in the delivery of products, it being understood that the Customer assumes all risks and costs of such shipment.

In case of a request to return the returned product, the shipping costs are charged to the Customer.
