Yes. For Christmas gifts, you can exchange or return the product until January 8th. Personalized jewelry, such as engraved or custom-made items, are excluded, though they remain covered by the legal warranty.
Is shipping free?
Yes, for orders in Italy starting from €99. Below this amount, the shipping cost is indicated in the cart before payment.
Can I have the gift wrapped?
Yes: in the cart, you can add an Armando Poggi gift box to every item. The package arrives ready to be placed under the tree.
How do I choose the right size for a ring or a bracelet?
You can find the size guide on every product page. If you have any doubts, write to us on WhatsApp: we will help you choose, and if the size isn't right, you can exchange it by January 8th.

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, the United States, and many other countries. Delivery costs and times are calculated in the cart based on the destination.
